After 27 years of building a very successful Art Gallery, the largest gallery in Canada featuring original art exclusively, the owners have decided it is time to deal with some health issues and to give new owners the opportunity to continue with the legacy they have established.

There are more than 1000 original pieces of art on display, from artists all across Canada. All of the artwork is displayed on a commission basis.

The gallery is approximately 2960 sq. ft. in size, with 10 rooms fully equipped with proper lighting and fixtures for the displays.

Also included in the price of the business is all the equipment for custom framing and matting for each piece of artwork. The current owners are prepared to provide adequate training to the new owners in the use of this equipment.

The Gallery itself is located on busy Highway 7 (the Trans-Canada Highway) north of Tweed, Ontario, and one Km east of the intersection with Hwy. 37. It has 507.8 feet of direct frontage on the highway and the lot is 1,466.4 feet deep. The signage is well-developed, and the road widens at this location, making it easy for customers to access the spacious parking lot.

Steps from the Gallery, and on the same 17 acre parcel of natural land, is the residence, which is currently configured with two bedrooms, but, depending on how you wish to allocate space, a beautful third bedroom could be developed using the large studio.

There are cathedral ceilings in the great room, and while the fireplace is not currently in use, it could be renovated and put back into service.
